Umbrella Wholesale.com manufactures and distributes high quality market umbrellas, patio umbrellas, outdoor umbrellas, deck umbrellas, poolside umbrellas and beach umbrellas. We also manufacture and distribute patio furniture, outdoor furniture, poolside furniture, garden furniture and garden accessories. Since, we produce and sell our own line this allows our prices to be 50% to 70% lower than most retail stores. We stock items year round and orders are shipped within one week.
About Our Products
Our umbrellas are made of high quality wood, fabric and metal fittings. Each umbrella is engineered for easy handling and long lasting performance. We use premium wood from South East Asia such as Balau, Kempas, Meranti, and Ramin. Our fabric is made with Olefin, Canvas, or Polyester and is 3M Scotchguard treated to minimize fading and mildew. All fittings are either solid brass (deluxe model), or aluminum which are strong and rust-free.
15 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We provide a 15 day satisfaction guarantee with refund if you are not completely satisfied with your order. Just call us within this time frame and keep product in its original packaging. We will arrange for pick up. If items shipped to you are incorrect or defective, you will receive a total refund or replacement order, otherwise, you will only be charged for the return shipping charges based on the standard shipping charge.
3 Year Warranty
Our umbrellas have a 3 year limited warranty. This warranty covers breakage due to manufacturer defect. It does not cover fading and/or mildew or any damages that are a result of wind, rain, hail or other acts of God. Proof of purchase is required when requesting a replacement or repair. A photograph of the affected parts is also required. Parts may be replaced when possible, but in a situation where the product has been discontinued, compensation for the affected part will be offered. This warranty covers private residential use only and does not apply to commercial use.
